  • Mechanical, electrical and plumbing system upgrades

  • New keyless entry door system

• Site Work - 

  • Installation of two new playgrounds

  • New blacktop play area

  • New bio-retention planters

Phase II - 

• Completion of the Storm Water and Grading Permit

• Lighting, ceiling and low voltage upgrades in existing classrooms

• Door hardware and access controls at existing doors

• New exterior paint 

• Existing playground upgrades 

BUDGET:

Phase I -  $17M

Phase II - Estimate $5.5M

PROJECT STATUS:

Phase I - 100% Complete. Division of State Architect (DSA) certification pending. 

Phase II - In design. Construction starts Summer of 2023.
