Phase I:

• Building A - Admin, Library and MPR

  • Alteration of and addition to the existing building

• Building B - Existing Kindergarten 

  • New lighting, finishes and casework

• Building K - New Kindergarten

  • Two new kindergarten classrooms with new restrooms and support spaces

• Building G and H - New Classrooms 

  • Four new upper-grade classroom buildings with new restrooms and support spaces

• Building J - New Classrooms and New STEAM Lab

  • Two new upper-grade classrooms with new restrooms and support spaces

  • New STEAM Lab

• Building B, C, D, E and F - 

  • Replacement of acoustical ceilings, lighting, fire alarm, new exterior door hardware, roof replacement and new exterior siding

• Relocatable Buildings - 

  • New lighting, finishes and casework

• Campus Wide Upgrades -

  • Mechanical, electrical and plumbing system upgrades

  • New keyless entry door system

• Site Work - 

  • New kindergarten shade structure 

  • Installation of new play equipment at the kindergarten and primary grounds and landscaping

  • Removal of 10 portable buildings and 1 toilet building 

Phase II - 

• Completion of the Storm Water and Grading Permit

• Installation of the lunch shelter

• Completion of the blacktop play area

BUDGET: 

Phase I -  $21M

Phase II - Estimate $3.0M

PROJECT STATUS: 

Phase I - 100% Complete. Division of State Architect (DSA) certification pending. 

Phase II - In design. Construction starts Summer of 2023.
