K & TK Enrollment

To register for the 2025-26 school year, kindergarteners must turn 5 by September 1, 2025.

Transitional kindergarten students must turn 5 between September 2, 2025 and April 2, 2026.

 

Required Documents

For the Aeries AIR Online Enrollment process, you will need the following documents in a digital format: (PDF or photo of documents will be accepted.)

  • Parent/Legal Guardian I.D.
  • Proof of age: Certified Birth Certificate, Passport, or Baptism Certificate
  • Immunization Records
    • The patient's yellow immunization card OR printout from patient portal showing dates with physician/clinic stamp or info, patient name, and birthdate
    • If there are missing vaccines, you must provide proof of future appointments with listed immunizations
  • Residency Verification/Declaration Form with TWO district approved proofs of residency (please view the Residency Requirements below)
  • K-TK Enrollment Survey
  • Additional information may be requested (e.g. 504 plan, IEP)

The K-TK Enrollment Survey is not required for preschool registration.

Intra-district transfers are not available for preschool students.
