CARLSBAD UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES

In accordance with Resolution No. 07-1819 (j), the Carlsbad Unified Board of Trustees hereby provides public notice of intent to place an information/discussion item on a future agenda regarding a potential adoption of a Board resolution to negotiate a Project Labor Agreement (PLA).

This item will be placed on the agenda of a CUSD Board meeting scheduled at least ninety (90) days from the date of this notice. The Board of Trustees is providing this public notice to ensure compliance with the 90-day notification period prior to any discussion and/or vote on the PLA negotiation resolution. Details regarding the specific date, time, and location of the meeting will be posted on the Carlsbad Unified School District website and in accordance with the Brown Act prior to the Board meeting.
