The California School Dashboard is the new California Department of Education website that parents, guardians, educators and the public can use to see how districts and schools are meeting the needs of California’s diverse student population based on the concise set of measures included in the new accountability system. The Dashboard will allow users to search by district or school. For more information please visit the State website.
The infographics provide a snapshot of the CUSD dashboard with rationale for performance in each of the State indicators. The snapshot also provides the viewer with additional resources for better understanding the rationale and methodology for determining performance levels.

The Dashboard contains reports that display the performance of local educational agencies (LEAs), schools, and student groups on a set of state and local measures to assist in identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas in need of improvement.
California Model Five-by-Five Grid Placement Reports
California's new accountability and continuous improvement system is based on a five-by-five colored table that produces 25 results using five colors. The reports display the schools' (by district) and student groups' placement on the five-by-five colored tables.
