Survey - March/April 2023

At Carlsbad Unified School District, we aim to foster an inclusive culture where everyone feels safe and a sense of belonging. We value parent, student and staff input and believe that your voice is essential.

To support this work, we invited all parents, staff, and students in grades 6-12 to participate in a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Survey from Monday, March 20, 2023 to Friday, April 7, 2023.

Following the survey, we held open public meetings at three different school locations on Tuesday, March 23. Our goal was to engage as many people as possible by sharing the survey results, followed by table discussion and feedback from attendees.
